A request for proposal (RFP) is a starting stage in a procurement process, by which an invitation issued for suppliers, service providers, contractors and agency buyer through a bidding process, which means to submit a proposal on a particular service or commodity. RFP is called as a part of enterprise process, which also known as a complex sales process. RFP is always a detailed description of the solicitations, service or commodity for which the proposal is requested. If the specification is more detailed then there will be more chances of the provided proposal without the errors and it will be always accurate. RFPs are usually sent to an officially accepted suppliers, contractor or vendors.
